Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been installed, damaged, or mounted are eligible for a return. Please see our full policy below.

In the event you need to return any portion of your order, you must contact us for a return authorization BEFORE shipping your tires back. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs paid unless the wrong item was sent.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card or payment method used on the order and  may take up to 7-10 business days from the date that the return is received and processed. All return items will be subject to inspection and acceptance.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments or when Fedex/UPS is unable to make delivery after 3 attempts.  

Special order, discontinued and closeout items are not returnable. Tires that have been installed or with a damaged bead are not eligible for return and no credit will be given.

Cancelled Orders

To expedite delivery time, orders are processed within minutes of being received. If a customer requests an order cancellation, we make every attempt to cancel it before the tire(s) are shipped by our distribution center.  If a cancellation request is received after the order has already processed or the tires have shipped, we are, unfortunately, unable to honor the request for cancellation.  You will still have the option to return unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping and Damage Claims Policy

If your shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please retain all original packaging and contact us promptly at customerservice@mytires4less.com. We will report the damage to the shipper and will work with you to arrange for replacement or exchange of the items that are damaged.   

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy Products sold on our site are warranted by the manufacturer and not by mytires4less.com.  We are happy to assist you as needed in obtaining contact information for any manufacturer.  Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
