We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use that number to check the status anytime on our website or directly with the carrier.
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unmounted, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.
Simply email sales@mytires4less.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and instructions.
We cover return shipping on defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 1-3 days to reflect it.
Yes! Contact us at sales@mytires4less.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll set up the exchange and send you prepaid shipping labels if needed.
Check the sticker on your driver-side door jamb or look at the sidewall of your current tires for the size code (e.g., 225/65R17). You can also check your vehicle owner's manual. Enter the size in our search bar to find matching tires instantly.
All-season tires are designed for year-round use in moderate climates. Winter tires have special rubber compounds that stay flexible below 45°F and aggressive tread patterns for superior grip on ice and snow. If you regularly drive in freezing conditions, winter tires are the safer choice.
Yes! All tires we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer optional Road Hazard Protection for additional peace of mind, covering damage from potholes, nails, and other road debris.
For AWD and 4WD vehicles, replacing all 4 tires at once is strongly recommended to avoid drivetrain damage. For 2WD vehicles, you can replace in pairs (both front or both rear) as long as the new tires match the remaining pair in size and type.
Most tires should be replaced every 3-5 years or when the tread depth reaches 2/32". Use the penny test: insert a penny into the tread with Lincoln's head facing down. If you can see the top of his head, it's time for new tires.

We collect sales tax where required by state and local law. The applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Currently we support one payment method per order. If you need to split payment across multiple methods, please contact our support team and we can help arrange it.
Yes! If you find a lower price on the same product from an authorized dealer, we'll match it. Just email us a link or screenshot of the lower price to sales@mytires4less.com and we'll adjust your order.
No hidden fees, ever. Your total is: product price + shipping + applicable tax. For tires, FET (Federal Excise Tax) is shown as a separate line item for full transparency. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
