• Orders placed for incorrect sizes due to customer error are subject to our standard return policy, including the 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

5. Shipping

• We ship to the continental United States (48 states).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns of unused, unmounted products within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds (minus the restocking fee) are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Mounted, used, or damaged tires and parts are not eligible for return.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. MyTires4Less LLC does not provide separate warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. 12. Installation Disclaimer

MyTires4Less LLC sells automotive parts and accessories only — we do not provide installation services. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from the installation, mounting, or use of products purchased from our website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are installed by a qualified professional mechanic or tire technician in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry safety standards. Improper installation may void the manufacturer's warranty and create safety hazards.

13. Product Images & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, product photos are provided by manufacturers and may not exactly match the item you receive due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or minor manufacturer packaging and design changes. Slight variations in appearance do not constitute a defect or grounds for return outside of our standard return policy.

14. Force Majeure

MyTires4Less LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, trade restrictions, embargoes, supplier or manufacturer shortages, shipping carrier delays, labor disputes, power outages, cyberattacks, or disruptions to telecommunications or internet services. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfill orders as soon as conditions permit.
