The BD Diesel Intercooler Hose Kit is designed for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. This kit replaces factory rubber intercooler hoses with high-strength silicone hoses and robust clamps, preventing boost leaks and improving durability. Upgrading to silicone intercooler hoses is a common modification for diesel trucks to handle higher boost pressures and resist degradation from oil and heat.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unmounted products in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return.
We ship directly to your door or to your preferred local tire shop for installation. Most local tire shops offer mounting and balancing for $15-$25 per tire. Just provide your installer's address at checkout and we'll ship right to them.
