The Design Engineering Aluminum Spark Plug Wire Sheath provides crucial heat protection for spark plug wires, preventing misfires and extending their lifespan. These 6-inch long sheaths are constructed from a high-temperature fiberglass material with an aluminum outer layer, designed to reflect radiant heat away from the wires. They are easy to install over existing spark plug wires, offering protection from exhaust manifolds and headers up to 1200°F direct heat.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unmounted products in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return.
We ship directly to your door or to your preferred local tire shop for installation. Most local tire shops offer mounting and balancing for $15-$25 per tire. Just provide your installer's address at checkout and we'll ship right to them.
