The Skyjacker Front Leaf Spring F945S is a single leaf spring designed to provide a 6-inch lift for 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel engine trucks. This leaf spring requires separate bushings for installation and is intended for use without a complete Skyjacker lift kit. Skyjacker offers specialized components to accommodate the heavier front ends of diesel trucks.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unmounted products in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return.
We ship directly to your door or to your preferred local tire shop for installation. Most local tire shops offer mounting and balancing for $15-$25 per tire. Just provide your installer's address at checkout and we'll ship right to them.
