Worn suspension doesn't fail loudly — it fades, one bounce at a time, until the tires wear funny and the nose dives under braking. Shop shocks, struts, control arms, bushings and lift components below, by vehicle, at prices well under MSRP.

Signs Your Suspension Is Asking for Help

Cupped or scalloped tire wear, a porpoising ride over dips, nose-dive when braking, or a clunk over speed bumps all point here. Catching it early is cheaper — worn shocks quietly destroy new tires.

Suspension Common Questions

What's the difference between shocks and struts?

Struts are structural — they hold the corner of the car up and locate the wheel; shocks only damp movement. Your vehicle uses one or the other at each axle, and the catalog filters accordingly.

When should shocks and struts be replaced?

Around 50,000–80,000 miles for most vehicles, sooner with towing or rough roads. If the truck keeps bouncing after you push down on a corner, they're done.

Do lift kits affect anything else?

Yes — expect to recalibrate headlights, possibly extend brake lines, and often step up to taller all terrain tires. Plan the package together and it all bolts up once.
